CONTEXT AND OBJECTIVES

A major company in the animal health sector faced the challenge of digitizing the sales process for its PET and large animal business units, given the context of the pandemic and with the objective of reducing operation costs.

The goal of the new project was to design the first version (MVP) and functionalities of a digital sales solution aimed at points of sale (POS) and distributors.

DESAFIOS E APRENDIZADOS

In addition to taking over the leadership with the project already underway and quickly building rapport with the new team and key contacts at the client, it was necessary to adapt and have a steep learning curve to absorb the initial immersion and ideation that had been conducted by another consultancy.

The major challenge was to continue the prototyping and testing phase of one of the ideas selected in the previous project, providing a perception of coherence and cohesion overall, without giving the impression of a break in continuity.
